Our wearable solution tries to solve this issue by taking the patients vitals and transmitting them to the server for live monitoring using the mobile app along with the patients current location. In case of an emergency, that is if any vitals show any abnormalities, an SMS is sent to the caregiver of the patient with the patients location so that he can reach there on time.
